copyright / usage terms

All music published by Hyperpony may be used free of charge in personal, commercial, educational, artistic, and other projects without prior permission.

You may remix, sample, and redistribute my music.

However, you may NOT upload the music to streaming services such as YouTube, SoundCloud or similar platforms under your own artist name. (just dont steal music)

You may NOT upload the music to platforms such as SoundCloud, YouTube, or similar services without clear credit or links to the original artist. (reuploading as a promo is fine, but make sure the video title has the artist pseudonym. Links to my profiles in the youtube video description is not a requirement, but it would be better this way)

Archive channels can freely reupload any released music or song snippets, as long as media archiving isn't done for-profit.

All uses must include attribution to the original artist and must link back to official profiles or website where applicable.

Any unofficial remix is considered a “bootleg remix”. Permission for remix use is limited to direct and non-commercial distribution unless explicitly agreed otherwise. For official remix permissions, please contact me.


**AI REMIXES:
SunoAI and Udio use an audio fingerprint system that disallows any type of AI remixes or extensions on my music. All public songs are automatically added to the SunoAI blocklist and are not endorsed to be extended via Suno. Unless a remix is done for entertainment or "fan-made" purposes with clear mention of usage of Suno.
**GENERATIVE AI MODEL TRAINING:
You may not train any type of generative AI using my works, either it's for mastering, mixing automatisation via reference songs, or open source generative AI projects (Suno-like)
**AI SONG METADATA / ARTIST INFO PROJECTS:
Databases or tools like tempo / music scale finders can freely include metadata about my songs. Common Sense applies.

The author, Hyperpony, shall not be held liable for any use, misuse, modification, publication, distribution, or other unofficial activity involving the music.

Any use of this music implies agreement to these terms.
