All music published by Hyperpony may be used free of charge in personal, commercial, educational, artistic, and other projects without prior permission.

You may remix, sample, and redistribute my music.

However, you may NOT upload the music to streaming services such as YouTube, SoundCloud or similar platforms under your own artist name.

You may NOT upload the music to platforms such as SoundCloud, YouTube, or similar services without clear credit or links to the original artist.

All uses must include attribution to the original artist and must link back to official profiles or website where applicable.

Any unofficial remix is considered a “bootleg remix”. Permission for remix use is limited to direct and non-commercial distribution unless explicitly agreed otherwise. For official remix permissions, please contact me.
